All applicants must be accompanied by the following documents: • A detailed company profile • Copy of CR6 (clearly showing directorship) • Copy of certificate of Incorporation • Current VAT Certificate, Income tax form (ITF263) • Copy ofVAT registration certificate • Valid banking details with a statement for at least 3 months • Physical and postal address • At least 3 traceable references Applications must be clearly labelled: SUPPLIER REGISTRATION 2024 2025'and 'the CATEGORY BEING APPLIED FOR'. •Suppliers with multiple services that fall in different categories must submit separate documentation for each category. ALL applications to be submitted on or before 28 February 2024.
