- Tenders are invited for Construction Service, Fix and Supply Flea Market Shed. Quantity: 1 Interested bidders are requested to submit their bidding documents in sealed envelopes clearly labelled e.g. "CONSTRUCTION OF A FLEA MARKET" TENDER NUMBER" (HLB/11/2022) together with the following documents: • Company Profile • Certificate incorporation • At least three traceable references • Tax Clearance Certificate • 3 months' Bank Statement • Proof of registration with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) • NSSA registration certificate • Bid security of $500000/- Bid Documents (hard copy) with detailed specifications are obtainable from PMU Section, 4 Sandalwood Crescent, Baobab Hill from Monday to Friday between 0800hrs and 1645hrs after presenting a non-refundable administration fee receipt of ZWl$ 2 000.00. Closing date: 1200hrs on the 13th of June 2022. There shall be a compulsory site visit today, Wednesday, 8 June 2022 at 1000hrs for the construction services. Bidding documents should be submitted in the tender box in the Hwange Local Board Head Office Boardroom, No.l Baobab Drive, Hwange on the stated closing date and time. Bidding documents will be opened at 1200hrs on the same date in the presence of available bidders. No faxed, e-mailed or late tenders will be considered. The Council is not obliged to accept the lowest bid, or any bid.
