- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services are for Non-Financial Services to Women SMEs Interested consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (documentation, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, references for similar services, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. 4. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the selection based on Consultants Qualifications (CQS) method and procedures set out in the African Development Bank-s Procurement Framework dated October 2015 and is open to all eligible bidders, which is available on the Bank-s website at http://www.afdb.org. 5. Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by 7 th September 2023 at 16.30 p.m. Harare time and specifically mention: “Non-Financial Services to WSMEs”
