This is a two-envelope bidding, therefore Technical and Financial proposals shall be in separate email folders (Refer to Section 3 of the document for detailed submission instructions - bid data). The deadline for submission of proposals is 1400 hours on 30th June, 2022 Late submissions will be rejected.
