- Quotation are invited for Servicing, Cleaning and Calibration of Underground Fuel Tanks and Pumps. Tenders should be accompanied with the following documents; 1. Current tax clearance certificate. 2. ZETDC-s payment terms are strictly 30 working days after delivery hence bidder-s position must be clearly stated. 3. Prices quoted should be strictly in local currency RTGS/ (ZWL$) 4. Bid validity of 20 days 5. Bidders must quote using the price annexure attached below. 6. Delivery period should be 7 working days 7. Proof of registration with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe. 8. Bidders should attend compulsory site visits of the premises on 30 December 2021 at 10:00hours before quoting. NB*All bidders are obliged to attend, failure to do so result in disqualification of the bid.
