- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services are for Development/Enhancement of a Women Sme Customer Value Proposition and Staff Capacity Building at Central Africa Building Society (Cabs). Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the selection based on Consultants Qualifications (CQS) method and procedures set out in the African Development Bank-s Procurement Framework dated October 2015 and is open to all eligible bidders, which is available on the Bank-s website at http://www.afdb.org. 5.
