- Tenders are invited for Local Consultancy to Support Technical Input on HIV Prevention in Adolescent Girls and Young Women during the GFATM NFM IV Writing Process. Offers should be submitted by 27th February 2023 by 1700hrs. Working closely with GIZ BACKUP and other Global Fund stakeholders, the consultant team shall: 1. Provide technical support and input on all aspects of the NFM4 joint HrV/TB proposal development process relating to AGYW, in particular, howto best deliverintegrated SRH services (including the prevention of HIV, STIsand unwanted pregnancies) as well as improving access to antiretroviral treatment (ART) and PMTCT. 2. Participate in the NFM IV country dialogue process in Zimbabwe, as regards the new HIV/ТВ funding application. This will involve collaborating with other experts through sharing evidence-based strategies and interventions that have worked in Zimbabwe to reduce/prevent new HIV infections in AGYW, as part of delivering integrated SRH services for AGYW, including PMTCT and treatment adherence for those who are positive. 3. Participate in the writing process of the joint HIV/ТВ funding request for NFM4 as part of the writi ng team; including attending relevant writing team work shops, to ensure adequate and evidence-based proposals are putforwards at a scale that meets the needs of AGYW in Zimbabwe, with regard to HIV prevention and broader SRH.
