• Tenders are invited for Procurement of Connection Materials Using Framework Agreements and Subsequent Call-off Contracts. Section 1 - Bidding Procedures The rules contained in this section govern the procedures for the formation of an Open Framework Agreement (FA) for the acquisition of Goods Connection Materials to be carried out by Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution C ompany (ZF I DC). References: _ References to the Act arc to the Public Procurement and Disposal ot Public Assets Act (Chapler22:23) and references to the Regulations are to the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (General) Regulations (Statutory Instrument No. 5 ol 2018. as amended). The terms and requirements in the Act and Regulations govern the submission of Bids and should be read by all Bidders. 1.1. Scope of Bid Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZEI DC) issues this Bidding Document (BD) as part of the Primary Procurement process for the acquisition of Connection Materials through Open Framework Agreement (FA) to be concluded with the successful Biddcrfs), as defined in Sections 5 and 6 (Procuring Entity Forms). The name and identification of this Bidding Document (BD) arc further specified in Section 2 - Bid Data Sheet (BDS).
