- Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Consultancy Services to Deliver a Gender Capacity Building Program[Tot]to a Team of Agronomists in the Coffee Value Chain Using a Transformative Change Methodology in Uganda and Zimbabwe. Qualification Criteria 1. Provide information on the technical and managerial capabilities of the firm including experience deploying the above services to smallholder families in East Africa and Southern Africa for atleast five years. Firm must provide examples of projects successfully completed in East Africa and Southern Africa. 2. Profound experience, knowledge, and skills in gender in agricultural value chains. 3. Demonstrated experience, five years or more, in undertaking similar assignments on gender capacity building program in coffee value chains in the recent past and in developing gender monitoring plans, preferably in East and Southern Africa. 4. Understanding of different M&E methods in the context of gender mainstreaming * - Mandatory Notification Attachments Shortlisted consultants will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposal.
