Supplier Registration number showing that you are registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe; 5. A bid security or bid securing declaration in the format specified in this Part; 6. copies of certificate of incorporation, valid tax clearance from ZIMRA, company profile, VAT, three traceable trade reference with contact details, copies of CR14 and CR6, NSSA Compliance Certificate and company banking details.
