- RFQ: CONFERENCING FACILITIES FOR 60 PARTICIPANTS 24 - 28 APRIL 2023 IN CHINHOYI/KARIBAFAO intends to award a Purchase Order for Conference Facilities specifically: a) Full day conference package for 60 Participants on 24th - 28th APRIL 2023Conference package to include:• Venue Hire (must safely and comfortably accommodate 60 People)• Conference set up (with cordials and mints);• Projector and Projector Screen;• Morning Teas with sandwiches at 10am• Buffet lunch including 1 soft drink/juice• Afternoon Teas with pastries at 3pm;• Bottled Water (three per person per day);• Very Good and stable Wi-Fi Connectivity;• Air Conditioning;• Stationery (including flip charts, flip chart stand, pen, paper, markers).
