• Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of 160 000 Examination Answer Books and 7000 Bond Paper Tender Documents Bids are invited from eligible suppliers for the above tender. Bidding documents are obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZWLS 10 000 per document from: The Procurement Management Unit, Office BF30, NUST Campus, 1st Floor Administration Building, Cnr Gwanda Rd and Cecil Avenue, Ascot, Bulawayo and NUST Harare Office, ZIMDEF HOUSE, 18572 Mother Patrick Avenue, Rotten Row. Bids Submission Three copies of completed bidding documents must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the advertised procurement reference number, the closing date and description of tender and must be delivered in person or by registered mail on time before the closing date and be deposited in a locked Tender Box addressed to: The Accounting Officer, Procurement Management Unit, National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Corner Gwanda Road and Cecil Avenue, P. O. Box AC 939 Ascot, Bulawayo. The bids will be opened thereafter in the Bursar-s Boardroom, 1st Floor, Administration Building, in the presence of those who choose to attend. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Compulsory Site Visit Bidders interested in the tender for the procurement of a Generator must attend a Compulsory Site Visit to be held at the Administration Building Foyer, NUST Main Campus, Bulawayo, on 9 March 2023 at 1000 hours. Bidders in attendance will be issued with Site Visit Certificates as proof of attendance and the Certificate must be attached to the bid document without fail.
