- Tenders are invited for Supply and Fit Canopies. The Tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Bid Security of USD200.00 (for Local Bidders payment may be done in ZWL at the prevailing interbank rate on the day of payment) valid for 90 days after tender closing date (bidding period) plus an additional 28 days, in line with Section 26 of the Procurement Regulations (S.I.5 of 2018). Bidders are free to choose the form of Bid Security that they would want to submit from any one of the following options below: - Option 1 ---------- A Bank Guarantee of USD$200 in the name of GMB. Option 2 --------- A Cash Deposit to the Authority (PRAZ) of USD$200 (Please submit your banking details to PRAZ and also inset them in your bid document). If Option 2 is chosen bidders must pay USD$200 for the Bid Security that shall be Refundable at the end of the Bidding period plus another USD200.00 which shall be non-refundable for cash bid bond establishment fee in line with Part 1V of the Procurement Regulations (S.I.5 of 2018).
