• Supply of Chain Bucket Limestone Unloader Proof of payment of Special Procurement Oversight Committee (SPOC) fees equivalent to ZWL$30,000.00 for domestic bidders and US$400.00 for International Bidders, being a fee payable for bids subject to prior review by the Special Procurement Oversight Committee in terms of section 54 of the Act and as set out in Part IV of the Fifth Schedule to the Regulations. This fee is paid directly to the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ). A copy of a receipt from PRAZ as acknowledgement of receipt of funds should be attached together with the bid.
