Description:
Quotation are invited for A4 Carbon Paper, Executive Pads-a4 on White Paper, Chromo Cards, 1 Quire Counter Books, Shorthand Notebook with Spiral on the Left, Blue Pens -Eversharp 15m, Clip Boards -a4, Desk Calculators, Desk Organizers. CONDITIONS 1. Quotations are to be submitted in sealed envelopes, endorsed on the outside with the above stated Reference Number (RFQ No) and the description of the goods/services required by the Authority. 2. Bidders shall be required to quote in USD dollars only, but NSSA Shall settle the payment in RTGS dollars at the prevailing RBZ auction system rate 3. Bid prices shall remain valid seven (7) working days after date of delivery. 4. You must indicate delivery time on your quotation. 5. Quotations must be Hand Delivered to the Registry Supervisor-s Office, NSSA House, Cnr Selous Avenue/Sam Nujoma, 7th Floor, Room 16 or Email: sanyamandwes@nssa.org.zw clearly indicating the above stated Reference Number (RFQ No) 6. You must be contributing to NSSA and fully paid up. 7. You must be registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ). 8. NSSA will not accept poor quality goods or service. 9. NSSA reserves the right to accept or reject any Proposal(s), to cancel the bidding process and/or to reject all bids at any time prior to award, without incurring any liability to any of the Bidder(s).
