Accommodation and Conferencing Services for the OPIM Training Workshop in Harare, Zimbabwe - 22-26 January 2024a) Accommodation Standard Single Room on Bed and Breakfast Basis for 60 people for 6 nights: Check In 21 January 2024, Check Out 27 January 2024 in Harare, Zimbabwe.b) Full Day Conference Facilities for 60 participants for 5 days - (22 - 26 January 2024) in Harare, Zimbabwe.Please note that the hotel is required to have available facilities for 60 people.Conference package to include:• Venue Hire (must safely and comfortably accommodate 60 people);• 2 Breakaway Rooms;• Conference set up (with cordials and mints);• Projector and Projector Screen;• Public Address (PA) System (with 2 microphones);• Morning Teas with sandwiches;• Lunch with one soft drink/juice per person;• Afternoon Teas with pastries;• Bottled Water;• Wi-Fi Connectivity and Air Conditioning;• Stationery (including flip charts, flip chart stand, pen, paper, markers);• Foot operated sanitizers (at the entrance of the conference room).
