ACCOMMODATION, & CONFERENCING FACILITIES FOR 200 PARTICIPANTS 2 - 5 MAY IN MANICALANDFAO intends to award a Purchase Order for Conference Facilities specifically: a) Accommodation on a single Bed & breakfast basis for 15 Participants • Check in on 2 MAY 2023 • Check out on 5 MAY 2023b) Full day conference package for 200 Participants on 4th MAY 2023Conference package to include:• Venue Hire (must safely and comfortably accommodate 200 People)• Conference set up (with cordials and mints);• Projector and Projector Screen;• Morning Teas with sandwiches at 10am• Buffet lunch including 1 soft drink/juice• Afternoon Teas with pastries at 3pm;• Bottled Water (three per person per day);• Very Good and stable Wi-Fi Connectivity;• Air Conditioning;• Stationery (including flip charts, flip chart stand, pen, paper, markers).
