Description:
Tenders are invited for Adylinn Housing Construction Project. DOMESTIC TENDERS must be enclosed In sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside, with the advertised tender number, the description and closing date. The bids shall be dropped in the tender box at Homelink (Private) Limited, 4th floor, Hardwick House, 72-74 Samora Machel Avenue, by the closing date and time. Bidders are free to witness the opening of the tender on the closing date and time at Homelink Private Limited. The compulsory site visit will be on the 4th of June 2019 at 164 Adylinn Township, Marlborough in Harare, at 10.00 AM. The relevant Request for Proposals (RFP) documents are obtainable from HOMELINK FINANCE (PVT) LTD, Ground Floor, Hardwicke House, 72 - 74 Samoru Machcl Avenue, Harare. Zimbabwe, upon payment of a non refundable fee of RTGSS 100,00, per tender. The tender dosing date and time is as indicated above and late bids will not be accepted. Bidders are supposed to be registered with CIFOZ/ZBCA, PRAZ and have a valid tax clearance certificate.
