• Scope of Work The Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) wishes to engage a consultant to undertake a Board Evaluation exercise: Mandatory Requirements PRAZ Registration Valid Tax clearance Documents establishing organisation/Company Registration Documents Two signed reference letters in carrying out similar assignments Evaluation Criteria Evaluation Criteria Marks Experience in Board Evaluation Above 10 years - 20% 5 - 10 years - 10% 0 - 5 years - 5% 20% Methodology for carrying out the work 30% CVs of key personnel 20% Price 30% Total 100% Application Procedure Interested parties should submit proposals in USD payable in ZWG at the prevailing bank rate.
