Description:
SPECIFICATIONS FOR BOREHOLE DRILLING AT KAMATIVI DIGITAL CENTRE Required Wet hole contract (fix and supply). Geophysical survey a must. May be complemented with any other methods. Report to be submitted for review before proceeding. Report to determine the way forward, otherwise the next steps to follow. 40m borehole with Class 10 PVC casing full depth, provide for reticulation to building, complete with the necessary plumbing works for inflow of water into the building. Rate per metre after 40m to be provided. Allow for maximum reticulation distance of 50m from borehole to building connection. Yield tests and analysis to be done and reports submitted. Report to determine way forward. Installation of suitable submersible and booster pumps, complete with all fittings and accessories for functionality and security cage for booster pump. All components to be connected to building electrical circuitry, which building is powered by solar and commercial power. Supply and installation of a 5000L jojo tank on 4m tank stand, complete with fittings and accessories for functionality. Provide 3 garden taps (2 at front and 1 at rear). One of the front taps to be at the perimeter fence and all taps to be provided with 1m diameter drain basins with 3m concrete channel to drain water away. Compulsory site visit at Kamativi Digital Centre (Mat North Province) on 22 July 2025 at 1500 Hours.
