Description : Dear Colleagues
UNWOMEN plans to engage an academic or legal institution to develop a Gender Bench Book (GBB) to be used by judicial officers and equip them with the appropriate skills to adjudicate in a gender responsive manner and interpret existing laws, traditions, cultural and religious practices that are discriminatory to women with a view to promoting gender equality. The GBB aims to not only enhance the gender responsiveness of judicial officers but also the overall justice system. UNWOMEN now invites proposals via e-mail from qualified proponents meeting the requirements as defined in the UNWOMEN Terms of Reference. Proposals must be received by UNWOMEN via the e-mail specified by 2400 hrs on 10/10/2019

This UNWOMEN Call for Proposals consists of four sections and a series of annexes that will be completed by proponents and returned with their proposal:
