Description:
The purpose of this Call for Proposals (CFP) is to request proposals from interested and suitable organizations for carrying out Community Led Monitoring in 44 PEPFAR supported Differentiated Service Delivery (DSD) Districts within Zimbabwe for the purposes of improving quality of health services and accessibility of same.The expected outcomes of this community-based CLM grant program are to increase access to quality HIV services, improve the patient experience in using these services, build community CLM capacity, foster collaboration and ultimately achieve National Strategic Plan targets through community-led follow-up.The objectives for the organizations to be selected are:1. Establish a scalable and sustainable People Living with HIV and Key and Vulnerable Populations-led community system for monitoring the state of HIV and TB services in PEPFAR supported districts. This involves data collection and documentation of challenges, best practices and/or issues identified at facilities from HIV/TB service recipients using standardized tools.2.
