- Tenders are invited for Care Start4Girls Project in Mutareand Buhera Documentation of inclusive models and increase of female youth uptake of vocational training for young entrepreneur mentorship program in Technical and Vocational training Centres in partnership with Supporting Transition, Retention and Training for Girls (START4Glr1s) Project in Buhera and Mutare Districts CARE International in Zimbabwe seeks to appoint a qualified and experienced consultant who should be able to document Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) inclusive models and increase of female youth uptake in vocational training for young entrepreneur mentorship. The consultant should be able to document and share young entrepreneur mentorship program with stakeholders and mentors as part of the inclusive vocational training. Show how gender sensitive, inclusive vocational intersectional adult learning and training approaches were used during youth skilling process and document increase of female youth uptake of Non -Traditional Vocational training opportunities for Technical and Vocational training. Documentation will focus on selected Vocational and Technical training Centres in Buhera and Mutare district in Zimbabwe Manicaland province in communities surrounding 103 secondary schools targeted by the project. The ultimate outcome of the START4Gir1s project Is improved attendance, retention, completion and transition by adolescent girls and young women, including those with disabilities, within, across and beyond educational learning pathways in Buhera and Mutare communities of Zimbabwe. Objectives of this Consultancy are to: 1. Document and share young entrepreneur mentorship program with stakeholders and mentors as part of the inclusive vocational training. 2 Show how gender sensitive, inclusive vocational intersectional adult learning and training approaches were used during youth skilling process 3 Document increase of female youth uptake of Non -Traditional Vocational training opportunities for Technical and Vocational training.
