Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Carry out Town Planning Services on Identification and Regularisation of Stands and Land Set aside for Post Offices around the CountryIdentification, Facilitation for Acquiring and Regularization of Stands. Background: ZIMPOST would like to engage interested and eligible registered Town Planners (with certification and experience) to carry out town planning services on identification and regularisation of stands and land set aside for Post Offices around the country. Period of the Assignment: This pre-qualification process will be followed by Request for Proposal (R.F.P). The R.F.P shall be issued to a minimum of three and a maximum of six shortlisted firms. Interested applicants must provide the following: 1. Zimbabwe Institute of Regional and Urban Planning Membership Certificate 2. Current Tax Clearance Certificate 3. Proof of PRAZregistration 4. Reference and recommendations for at least 3 completed works. 5. Minimum 5 years experience in works of similar nature. This Expression of Interest shall close on 04 January 2021 at 1000 hours.
