Tenders are invited for Cemetery Road Construction (0.9 Km) TENDER DOCUMENTS Tender documents are available from 24th of May 2019 at PLUMTREE TOWN COUNCIL office of the Town Secretary, No. 320 Central Road, Plumtree, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00 SUBMISSION DATE Tenders are to be deposited in sealed envelopes endorsed with the appropriate tender number. Together with certified copies of certificate of incorporation, tax clearance certificate, detailed company profile and proof of registration with PRAZ to the undersigned on or before the closing date on the 28th of June 2019 at 12:00 noon. Tender opening shall be done on the same day at 12:00 hours soon after closing in the Council Board Room. Bidders are cordially invited to witness the tender opening ceremony. SITE VISIT A compulsory site visit for prospective bidders is going to be held on the 29th of May 2019 at 10:00 am. A brief meeting will be held in the council board room and thereafter a site visit.
