Tenders are invited for Chlorpheniramine Tablets 4mg 1000's. Supplier must state the following: Price. (IN US DOLLARS) DDP HWANGE(Delivery Duty Paid to Hwange) Payment terms SHOULD BE ON 30 DAY ACCOUNT. ZPC WILL NOT CONSIDER DEMANDS FOR CASH UPFRONT AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN ISSUED IF THE QUOTATION INDICATED A PAYMENT TERM OF 30 DAY ACCOUNT Validity period of quotation (minimum of 90 days) Delivery period (7 days or less) Attach proof of State Procurement Board registration in the form of a Copy of Government Gazette General Notice Category G/P/004A (Pharmaceuticals-medicals drugs, supplies and consumables) Note: (SPB/PRAZ receipts or Proof of payment are not acceptable). Suppliers must attach VAT Certificate if registered. Suppliers not registered for VAT Should not charge VAT on their Quotations. Attach a valid Tax Clearance NOTE: IT HAS BECOME MANDATORY THAT FOR ALL IMPORTED ITEMS, SUPPLIERS SHOULD ON DELIVERY, SUBMIT PROOF OF CUSTOMS CLEARANCE IN THE FORM OF: A BILL OF LADING AND/ OR DUTY CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE. YOUR QUOTATION SHOULD STATE ADHERENCE TO THIS. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS ALL QUOTATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE “TENDER BOX”; HWANGE POWER STATION; HWANGE; ZIMBABWE.
