- Prequalifications are invited for Clearing and Forwarding Services Deadline for the submission of applications is October 29th, 2021, at 12:00 noon Interested suppliers to submit the following: Company profiles (indicating the physical address, telephone & fax numbers & valid e-mail address), Certificate of Incorporation; CR1 4 (showing Directorship); VAT registration certificate; Current Tax Clearance Certificate; Clear banking details, Clearly defined payment terms and at least three (3) trade references with full contact details. For IТ Services, submit proof of any accreditations either as sup port centers or solution providers for companies such as Microsoft, HP) Dell, Cisco, APC etc.
