Tenders are invited for Construction of a Net ball court. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS • Certificate of incorporation • Current tax clearance for certificate • Price quoted should be valid for 30 days • Proof of payment for tender document • The company should be registered with the State Procurement Board • Registration with Ministry ofLocal Government, Public works and National Housing. • The tender number should be clearly specified on the left hand comer of a sealed khaki envelope. • Tender documents should be submitted in triplicate. 1. We reserve the right to accept, to award/not to award part of the tender. We do not necessarily accept the lowest bidder. 2. Non- compliance with tender requirements will lead to disqualification. 3. Tender documents are obtained upon payment of 110.00. 4. Documents will be sold from 16th March 2018 to 6th April 2018 5. Tenders should be sealed in khaki envelopes and must be addressed to: THE PROCUREMENT COMMITTEE MARYMOUNT TEACHERS COLLEGE P.O. BOX 20 MUTARE 6.
