Description:
Tenders are invited for Construction of 1000 Seater Steel Structure. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS 1. Current tax clearance certificate 2. Company profile with at least three (3) trade references 3. Must be registered for a period of not less than one year 4. Proof of registration with the Ministry of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing (construction bids) 5. Copy of tender document receipt 6. Must be in the required field of business 7. Must be registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe 8. Tender documents are obtainable from Administration office upon payment of non refundable fee of $10,00 from 3 April 2018 to 13 April 2018 9. Non compliance with tender requirements will lead to disqualification. 10. Late comers will not be entertained 11. We reserve the right to award not necessarily the lowest bidder 12. A bid bond, valid for 60 days plus 30 days after the bid validity and equivalent to the sum of 2,2% of the total bid value up to a maximum of $5 000,00 13. NB Site visit on the 6th of April is mandatory at exactly 0900hrs. Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes and addressed to The Procurement Committee endorsed on the outside with the advertised Tender number, description and closing date. Bids must be submitted on or before 16 April 2018 by 1000hrs.
