- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services to carry out a performance review of the Industrial Development Cooperation of Zimbabwe (IDCZ) and development of turn around strategies. The Republic of Zimbabwe has received financing from the African Development Fund toward the cost of the Institutional Support for State Enterprises Reform Project (ISSER). The Government of Zimbabwe intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services to carry out a performance review of the Industrial Development Cooperation of Zimbabwe (IDCZ) and development of turn around strategies. The objective of this Performance Review shall include undertaking a detailed assessment of the Industrial Development Cooperation of Zimbabwe governance and technical operating systems, processes and procedures in order to determine the possible quantified and time framed interventions by Government (in terms of governance, systems, capitalisation, etc) to improve on the Authority-s performance in order for it to deliver on its mandate, vision and objectives in the most economic, efficient and effective way. The assignment is expected to be executed within four (4) months in three (3) phases within a six (6) month period.
