• Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for the Feasibility Study that will Ascertain the Operational, Technical and Financial Feasibility of Setting up the Facility Closing Date: 24 September 2018 at 15:00 (Local Time) Restriction: Interested Consulting Firms/consortia must provide information demonstrating that they are qualified to undertake this assignment individually or as a consortium i.e provide Company profiles. Company registration documents. Curriculum Vitae. brochures, description of similar assignments, experience under similar environment or conditions, availability of appropriate skills/ experience among staff, etc Prospective Consulting Firms may constitute joint ventures where necessary to enhance their capacity to undertake the assignment. Consulting Firms are expected to provide expert analysis on the appropriate legal structure, jurisdiction, governance. financial and operational structure of the Facility and other related work as described herein to attain the objectives of the assignment. Selection of Consulting Firms shall be through Quality-and Cost Based selection (QCBS) method. Further, the minimum criteria to be shortlisted shall Include, but not limited to the following: Consulting Firms/consortia and proposed Key Personnel must be registered with the relevant professional institutions or bodies; Added advantage for Lead Firms with at least 10 years of experience. Firms must clearly state their years of experience in each relevant area o1 specialisation as required, up to a maximum of 5 similar assignments: undertaking feasibility studies lot similar assignments structuring and successful implementation of climate related financial structures funding facilities within financial institutions identifying and mobilising funding from the private and public sectors and developmental institutions demonstrating evidence of good networks with potential investors/funders who can provide funding for implementation of similar climate finance facilities - Exposure to gender analytical frameworks and mainstreaming iii. Added advantage for key personnel with at least 8 years of experience for team leader and 5 years for each key expert. Firms must clearly state their years of experience in each relevant area of specialization; and in List of Key Personnel shall include Team Leader (Economist7Financial Anticlimactically Finance Expert), Environmental and Social/Gender Expert, Legal Expert, Infrastructure Analyst/Engineer.
