- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services (Firm): Development of Training Modules for Parliament of Zimbabwe and Facilitation of Training of Trainers (Tot) for Parliamentary Staff The services included under this project are; i) Prepare an inception report outlining the consultants- understanding of the task and the proposed methodology to undertake the consultancy). ii) Develop a training program/curriculum for the proposed training modules and key training material (Training Manual for facilitators and lesson plans). iii) Facilitate a training of trainers- workshop of the selected master trainers in Parliament for the effective use of the training modules. iv) Coach the master trainers in training courses and give feedback to them so that they can conduct training workshops afterwards. The estimated period of execution is 20 days Interested consultancy firms may obtain further information at the address below during office hours 08:00 hours to 16:30 hours.
