- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for the Provision of External Audit Services. The objective of the audit is to enable the auditors to express an independent professional opinion on the financial position of the Project managed by the PMU and financed by the African Development Fund (Support for Arrears Clearance and Governance Enhancement (SACAGE) and to ensure that the funds granted to the Projects have been used for their intended purposes with due care to economy and efficiency.
