- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for Transactional Advisor Competence and qualification Respondents are required to specifically address each of the following and include as part of their submission: i. A clear understanding of the scope and nature of the tasks required from them. ii. Relevant expertise and performance record of the organization. At least 10 years` experience in the provision of Transactional Advisory Services. iii. Qualifications and experience of the proposed team which must include experts from corporate finance, corporate law etc. iv. Traceable references in conducting assignment/s of similar nature in the petroleum sector. v. Information provided in the supplementary expression of interest document obtainable at Ministry of Energy and Power Development.
