- Expression of interest are invited for Consultancy Services Individual Selection for ZAMCOM Procedures for Notification of Planned Measures The Zambezi Watercourse Commission (ZAMCOM) has received financing from DANIDA toward the cost of the Danish Support to Water Management in the SADC/Zambezi Region (Regional Support Programme), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The ZAMCOM now invites eligible Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the expertise and experience to perform the Services. The Consultant (individual) will be expected to work closely with the ZAMCOM Secretariat. The specific services to be provided will include but not limited to: (a) Clarifying the scope, form, content, timelines and processes for notification amongst the Riparian States through a discussion paper. (b) Developing draft acceptable procedures for notification for adoption by the Riparian States (including administrative forms, template, etc) that will simplify and standardise the notification procedure. (c) Facilitating an iterative and consultative process leading to acceptable Procedures for Notification which will enable the implementation of the relevant provisions of the ZAMCOM Agreement.
