Prospective bidders must first purchase the tender document and submit names and national identity details of their representatives for the visit by Monday 06 November 2017 to allow security clearance process two weeks before site visit date Restriction: ZETDC does not bind itself to award the lowest tender or any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of any tender.
