Description:
Tenders are invited for Corporate Wear and ICT Hardware. Payment of a non-refundable fee of $10. Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe (TSCZ) is inviting registered and reputable manufacturers and suppliers of corporate wear and ICT Hardware to respond to the above tenders. Bidders must be registered in the particular field of business or category with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe and must be registered with ZIMRA and NSSA. Documents with specifications for the tender will be issued to interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $10.00 from the Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe between 0830 hours to 1200 hours and 1400 hours to 1500 hours during normal working days (Monday to Friday). Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the name of bidder, advertised tender number, description, closing date and hand delivered to: The Procurement Management Unit, Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe and dropped in the tender box, Second Floor, 4 Park Street, Harare not later than the closing date and time on/or before 20th of May 2019 at 1030 Hours. Bids received after the closing time and date will not be accepted. TSCZ does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of any tender.
