- Tenders are invited for Delivery and Installation of Four (4) Traffic Lights in the City of Kadoma. Closing Date: 23 February 2018 at 10:00 (Local Time) Site Inspection: A compulsory site visit will be conducted on 08 February 2018 and those who wish to be part of the visit should be at the Town House at 14:00 Restriction: Other Requirements: (1) Warrant Period; (2) State Garage or Agent; (3) Provision of Manuals; (4) Spares availability (5) Delivery Period; (6) Payment Terms (7) CR14; (8) Company Registration; (9) 3 Trade References of similar work carries out; (10) Certificate of Incorporation; (11) Registration with the state Procurement Board; (12) Proof of Purchase of tender document and (13) Tax Clearance. Late submissions will not be accepted. NB: The City of Kadoma does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of any tender .
