Description:
Tenders are invited for Design and Printing of Sapp Annual Report 2021 1.1 Number of hard copies to be delivered 500 1.2 Paper size Preferably 297mm x 210mm (A4); but the bidder may, in addition of the preferred A4 size, quote separately anv other suitable customised paper size for consideration by SAPP. 1.3 Front and back covers (i) Designed and printed 4 process colours on both sides on 300gsm gloss art with images and text approved by SAPP. (ii) Matt laminated or similar finishing on outer sides only. (iii) SAPP logo on the front cover must be emboss-printed. (iv) The words SAPP ANNUAL REPORT2021 must be gold-foil printed. 1.4 Internal pages printing Designed and printed 4 process colours throughout on 135gsm gloss art (or superior specifications to be presented to SAPP for approval). 1.5 Number of internal paqes 80 pages 1.6 Design Pricing to include designing, originating, and lay-out the report from soft copy. 1.7 Binding Declare the method of binding the hard copies 1.8 Final product Printed, bound, packaged, and delivered to SAPP offices. 2. SOFT COPIES IN USB FLASH DRIVES 2.1 Format PDF, integrated into a single file named “SAPP Annual Report 2021.pdf 2.2 Storaqe USB flash drive of minimum capacity of 2GB 2.2 Number of USB flash drives 500 2.3 Branding of USB flash drives One face of the flash drive shall be printed with SAPP logo and words “SAPP Annual Report 2021” 2.4 Delivery condition To be delivered pre-loaded with the PDF copy of approved “SAPP Annual Report 2021 .pdf- file. CLOSING DATE 5.1 Bids shall be delivered by e-mail at info@sapp.co.zw not later than 15:00 Hrs on Friday, 13 August 2021. 5.2 Short-listed bidders will be contacted to provide passwords of the financial proposal file before end of August 2021, depending on progress of the technical evaluation process.
