- Tenders are invited for Design, Print and Delivery of Student Driver-S Handbooks Documents with specifications for the tenders will be issued to interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZWL$1500.00 from the Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe between 0830 hours to 1200 hours and 1400 hours to 1500 hours during normal working days (Monday to Friday). SUBMISSION OF TENDER Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the name of bidder, advertised tender number, description, closing date and hand delivered to: The Procurement Management Unit, Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe and dropped in the tender box. Second Floor, 4 Park Street, Harare not later than the closing date and time on/or before 10,h of December 2020 at 1030 Hours. Bids received after the closing time and date will be rejected.
