• Tenders are invited for Design, Supply and Installation of Tax and Revenue Management System (TaRMS) SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE (SPN): Date: 20 November 2020 The Republic of Zimbabwe: Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) Name of the Project: Tax and Accountability Enhancement Project (TAEP) Project ID. 2100155040633 ICB-ZIMRA-AfDB-01-2020: Design, Supply and Installation of Tax and Revenue Management System (TaRMS) 1. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) published online in UN Development Business and the website of the African Development Bank Ref Number AfDB-P486279-02/20 on 12th February 2020. 2. The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) has received financing from the African Development Fund (ADF) toward the cost of the Tax and Accountability Enhancement Project (TAEP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Design, Supply, and Installation of Tax and Revenue Management System (TaRMS), a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS). 3. The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the provision of Tax and Revenue Management System (TaRMS), including: a) Supply, installation and configuration of a tax and revenue administration system as per the user requirements, and the system should be compliant with international good practices. b) Supply the hardware that is suitable for system, including, server systems, information security systems, and implementation and support services. c) Provide for integration/interfacing of the system with internal and external identified stakeholders/systems/components. d) Determine the future business processes as a part of the system implementation. e) Comprehensive transfer of knowledge and skills to users. f) Technical training on the configuration, system administration, system support, integration and system security. g) User Training on the functions of the modules supplied. h) After sales back up services. 4. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 1PM on 08 January 2021 and must be accompanied by a bid security of USD60, 000 (Sixty Thousand United States Dollars) or its equivalent in a convertible currency. 8.
