- Specific Procurement Notice are Invited For Design, Supply and Installation of Tax and Revenue Management System (TaRMS) ZIMRA now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the provision of a TaRMS, including: a) Supply, installation and configuration of a COTS TaRMS as per the user requirements. The system should be compliant with international good practices. b) Supply the hardware that is suitable for the TaRMS including server systems, information security systems and implementation and support services. c) Provide for integration/interfacing of the TaRMS with internal and external identified stakeholders/systems/components. d) Determine the future business processes as a part of the TaRMS implementation. e) Comprehensive transfer of knowledge and skills to users. f) Technical training on the configuration, system administration, system support, integration and system security. g) User Training on the functions of the TaRMS supplied. h) After sales back up services including warranty and maintenance. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD50.00 or equivalent in a convertible currency. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document: Procurement of Goods or Procurement of Works. 7. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 13:00Hrs GMT Harare on 11th October 2021 and must be accompanied by a bid security of USD60,000 (Sixty Thousand United States Dollars) or its equivalent in a convertible currency.
