Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Desktop Publishing and Editing Services. You are hereby invited to submit a proposal for the “Desktop Publishing and Editing Services for ACBF publications” for the Africa Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) as described in the attached Terms of Reference. ACBF is an international organization established in 1991 by African Governments and International Donor community under the overall objective of building sustainable human and institutional capacity for poverty reduction in the African continent. This RFP is opened to qualified Publishing and Editorial Companies. Your proposal shall form the basis for a contract between ACBF and your firm.
