- Request for proposals are invited for development and implementation of NSSA Self Service Portal Compulsory Bidder`s Conference Prospective Bidders are requested to report for a mandatory Bidder`s Conference on the 6th of December 2017 at NSSA House, 10th Floor Boardroom at 10.00am. 1. Local bidders must be registered companies contributing to NSSA Pension Schemes and mustbe paid-up. 2. All bidders must attach a Certificate of Incorporation and CR14. 3. Local bidders must submit proof of registration with ZIMRA. 4. Each tender document must be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$10, from NSSA Procurement Office, 7th Floor, Office 13, NSSA House, Corner Sam Nujoma Street/Selous Avenue, Harare, Zimbabwe. 5. Bid documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes, endorsed on the outside with the advertised tender number, tender description, closing date & time and must be hand delivered to The Supply Chain & Administration Services Office, National Social Security Authority, NSSA House, Corner Sam Nujoma Street/ Selous Avenue, 7th Floor, Office No 13 or posted to The Supply Chain & Administration Services Office, National Social Security Authority, P.O.
