- Expression of Interest are invited for Development of Higher Education Management information System. i) Consulting firms must be registered with PRAZ in terms of Section 4 of the Pubic Procurement ond Disposal of Public Assets Regulations S I. 5 of 2018, ii) A minimum of 2 traceable Web-based software development projects of similar magnitude. iii) Proven experience in the use of the following tools - JavaScript ES5, Node JS, Spring MVC, Angular. React, HTML5, CSS3, Java, VB Script. MySQL, MongoDB, etc. iv) List and resumes of key personnel thot are proposed for the project and their qualifications - Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or IT related. Relevant Certifications are an added advantage.
