• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Development of Standard Operating Procedures for Humanitarian Cash and Voucher Assistance in Zimbabwe Save the Children, in partnership with National Cash Working Group members, is inviting consultancy services from reputable organisations `individuals to submit a technical and financial proposals in developing Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) for CVA programmes. The SOPs would be developed as per the detail outlined in the Terms of Reference (TORs) and would be used by all NCWG members to guide their CVA policies and programmes. Terms and Conditions At the time of submitting bids, the bidder/consultant will be required to submit an undertaking on their letterhead, duly signed and stamped, making a declaration that the bidder has: * Never been convicted of an offence concerning their professional conduct; ♦ Never been subject to fraud, corruption, involved in a criminal activity or any other ilegal activity; ♦ Fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of social security contribution or taxes; ♦ Never been involved in any form of child abuse. Supporting Documents to be submitted with the technical and financial proposal: ♦ A copy of Certificate of Incorporation for consultancy companies/ not required for individuals • A Valid Tax Clearance for Tenders (ITF 263 Form); ♦ A Copy of CR14 form clearly indicating the names of Company Directors.
