Description:
Tenders are invited for Drilling of Two (2) Boreholes with an Average Depth of 80m Each. Tender Documents are Obtainable from Kusre Rural District Council, upon Payment of a Non- Refundable Deposit Fee of rtgss100/-.Per Hard Copy of the Tender Document. Soft Copies of each Tender Document will be Provided Free of Charge against Written Request Made on the Requesting Company’S Letterhead. Three Sets of Bids, with the Original Clearly Marked, must be Properly Bound and Enclosed in Sealed Envelopes and Endorsed on the outside with the Respective Tender Number, the Description of the Tender and Closing Date. Bids must be Deposited in the Tender Box before 1000hours on the Closing Date Situated at the Reception Which is Located at Stand No. 250, Box 21- Lupane. Bids will be Opened in the Presence of Willing Bidders’ Representatives Immediately after Closure of Tender at 1000hours. Late Tenders will not be Accepted. 2. Council is Inviting All Residential Stand Holders at St Luke’S Business Centre to Bring Forth Relevant Documents (including Receipts) Showing Proof of Stand Ownership on October 26, 2019 at 0900 Hours, Venue Daluka Beer-Garden. Those Who will not be Able to Bring the Aforementioned Documents on the Mentioned Date will have to Bring Them to Lupane Main Office during Working Hours i.e. From October 28 - November 8, 2019.
