- Tenders are invited for Engage Service Provider for the Continuous Professional Development (CPD). The Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe (IOBZ) seeks to engage service providers to offer any one of the following Continuous Professional Development (CPD) subjects. 1) Professionalism and Ethical Practices 2) Non-performing Loans Management (Application of IFRS 9 and Basel II) 3) Cyber Security Management 4) Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). The services required will include, but will not be limited to: 1) Research and Design of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) framework 2) Proposing Duration of the Course (in Hours) 3) Designing the Certification Testing Framework and Certificate of Competence for issue upon successful completion of Course 4) Facilitating the Learning Process with proposed mode of attendance, whether physical or virtual.
