- Tenders Are Invited The objective of this Performance Review shall include undertaking a detailed assessment of NSSA governance and technical operating systems, processes and procedures in order to determine the possible quantified and time framed interventions by Government (in terms of governance, systems, capitalisation, etc) to improve on the Authority’s performance in order for it to deliver on its mandate, vision and objectives in the most economic, efficient and effective way. The assignment is expected to be executed within four (4) months in three (3) phases within a six-month period
