Quotation are invited for Designing and Printing of Zimbabwe MOHCC OI / ART Booklets with the following specifications. • Booklet size - A4 • Text printed back-to-back on a total of 16 pages, • Printed in one colour (black) on bond paper 80 GSM • Cover printed in full colour (Exterior) and black (Interior) on glossy matt 200 GSM • Saddle stich bound. Qty: 568,735 Each To be considered, quotes must be valid for at least 30 days and must include all the following: • Complete vendor information - including vendors physical address, full legal name, VAT registration number and valid tax clearance certificate. • The price being offered for the goods/services, inclusive of all related costs. • At least 3 contactable references. • Payment terms. • Performance period. • Proof of vendor-s financial capacity to meet requirements of this project. • Demonstration of capability - provide at least 3 different hard copy samples preferably done for your referees
